The property includes significant equestrian improvements and facilities including arenas, pastures, boarding stalls, a breezeway barn, two mare motels, and many other pens, equipment, and residences.

Kingsbarn plans to expand the boarding operation, improve the competition arenas, and to make the Kingsbarn Equestrian Training Center at Creek Hollow Ranch a top-tier facility for horse training and boarding.
