Mr. Pori is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and architect of Kingsbarn Realty Capital (“Kingsbarn”) structured investment programs. He directs all aspects of the company, from initiating Kingsbarn’s strategic direction and initiatives to managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing all property financing and acquisitions. His 27-year career in commercial real estate has been as a principal involved in construction, development, syndications, finance and property operations.
Prior to Kingsbarn, Mr. Pori co-founded two companies that were focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate investments. While he was president of TREC Investment Realty, the company acquired more than $400 million of commercial properties throughout the United States for itself and its co-owners within 23 separately-syndicated investment offerings. During his tenure as managing director of Transwestern Investment Realty, the firm closed on $1.2 billion of commercial real estate transactions and managed more than one million square feet of commercial properties.
Mr. Pori’s array of real estate experience includes the construction and development of more than 100 commercial and multi-family properties and more than 1,000 single family homes in the Las Vegas valley. He held the primary responsibility and oversight for managing a portfolio of more than 2,000 apartment units, most of which were developed utilizing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, and 30 commercial properties which included retail centers, office parks, and industrial facilities. Mr. Pori received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
