Elle Demetriou is the Vice President of KB Exchange Trust, a leading provider of Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) programs that facilitate 1031 Exchanges. Elle works with Ron Glasgow on the firm's efforts in developing a select network of partner broker-dealers and registered investment advisors and working with financial professionals and their clients to successfully execute 1031 Exchanges.
Elle has held various positions on Wall Street including securities analyst, asset manager and corporate bond trader at top tier firms including JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Prudential Financial. Most recently, she worked at Terra Capital and Nelson Partners where she gained experience in Real Estate Private Placements and 1031 Exchanges.
Elle holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University. She earned her CFA Level I and is a candidate for CFA Level II. Elle lives in New Jersey with her husband, Sergio and son, Nicholas. She speaks fluent Greek, loves animals, adventure travel, music, tennis and education. Elle focuses her volunteering efforts on community service and working with her son’s swim team.
